Why do people want your phone number? I'm confused now... I give my cell number out if people really have a reason to talk, but I don't think I need to just give it away =x Plus the text messaging on my phone receieves emails, I setup a redirect on projectshifter.com to go to my cell phone. I'm not really giving out my number, just an email that goes to it. It's because I always (except like today when I left it at work!) have my phone on me, and sometimes people need to get a hold of me.

Some people think very highly of themself and think that "Oh wow! I work as a LAT on UN, I'm so cool!" and it really doesn't matter. I could care less if ppl knew I was GST, but I'm saying it is important for the managers to be able to contact someone if something big happens, and if I had a more secure way, then I'd probably just give them my cell #, but I have a feeling that it would get abused

Thanks again Soul Blade =) It really doesn't matter to me though. Everyone is like "OMG! I wish I was a global, it must be great!". If I could just have access to NPCs so I could script and fix scripts I'd be happy. I wish I could just have like a new account and be an unknown player on it, but right now my finances are going towards other projects

I am a prick. What's your point? It's very clear I don't like you. I really doubt any managers are ever going to be in a 'big enough problem they're going to have to call you.' Rest assured, I think they'll be fine.

Wow, lovely kind words. Oh well, no big deal. A lot of people dislike me, a lot of people like me, but in the end, I still wake up the next day and go to sleep just fine. If you were someone I had any respect for that might matter. Such as the case with moon god. It bothered me that he and I were on bad terms, so I made ammends. But you on the other hand, have done nothing worthy of my respect that I've seen. You only go and flame, so if you want to talk in a civilized manner, by all means, otherwise, don't bother posting flaming material okay? Kthanksbai.

I heard about that. I heard he stormed onto the playerworld without permission, declared he was a better scripter than Entrancer and proceeded to break his item system. All the while assuring everybody that he knew what he was doing ¬_¬

I think I'll be fine without your respect. You act as if it is a godsend to have it. If you don't want to read my posts, you certainly don't have to. There's an ignore option. I'm sorry, but in my opinion, there's not really any need for you as global staff. I believe Kaimetsu and Tseng are completely capable of handling the job themselves. I just found it saddening that you believe it is necessary for people to have your cell phone number. In all honesty, it was probably the most *****ic post I'd read in a good while. Call it what you want, but I don't really see it as flaming.

Gerami, I heard the same thing Kaimetsu did. >_>

Wow, I'm really glad that everyone is informed! You mean, like after I was ASKED to come and fix an item system? And then when I told him that I checked it, and it wasn't sending the parameters, he didn't believe me. So then he was like "Thanks anyway" and I left. I see how you could get confused here? Honestly, get the facts first, thanks a lot Kai...

'Informed' just means 'possessing information', which I am. It's possible that my information isn't accurate, but I believe it came from an eyewitness. It would be difficult for him/her to get confused about whether or not the item system works after your visit.

And you didn't alter the script in any way? I think you're lying. Of course, since you were following rules and had a GST member accompanying you at the time, you'll be able to get him/her to vouch for you. Right?

No reason to attack Project Shifter, everyone makes mistakes.

*Knows PS's number* PS is a really good scripter, he actually knows what he is doing, he made a nice system for Aura in only a few minutes.

He is also constantly asking me for ideas on something to script, so that also tells you he is a busy worker.

I would've asked YOU if you hadn't put me on ignore -_-
I don't think anyone does that anymore if I'm not mistaken? Everyone has their own servers to attend to, and get on when asked by other managers/etc.
I never said I didn't alter it, I altered it to check and have it setplayerprop with the value of strings... proving that the params were not being sent, or that they had a blank value being sent. That was what it was about, that he told me it was sending fine, but I showed to him, beyond any doubts, that the params weren't there and he didn't believe me.

Did you ask if the rule had been dropped or did you just assume that it had? You were the reason the rule was made, to avoid incidents like this one.

Well, somehow you managed to convince all the staff online at the time that you're an inconsiderate buffoon. Criticising Entrancer's scripting style, for example, was probably not a good diplomatic move.

How is the origin relevant? Trivial events can lead to non-trivial matters. And when has asking people to 'give it a rest' ever worked? People have agendas of their own, they don't always do what you want them to do.

And I got on Val last night to find out WHAT was going on, and amazing enough no one seemed to have the same story you did =/

How is he being ridiculous...he merely pointed out that you didn't follow procedure as you are supposed to as a global.

This is a self-governing rule made by us for us as Kaimetsu said, not a 'procedure we are supposed to follow as a global.'

But wording is important =x
I honestly want to know if any of the others always do this -_-
I get on when I see Tseng or Angel and stuff, but we need to renegotiate this. If you blocked me because of that, what makes you think I'm suddenly going to listen to you when you won't even have a conversation with me? I COULD get on another s/n and talk to you, but I figured I'd be mature about it and wait for you to unblock -_-
