NC Problems

Kronan and Eagle (190) are having NC problems because someone put a script in Control-NPC, but we cannot figrue out whats doing this. There saying there NC is blinking (the icons) and it isnt saying New NC: for them nor its really connected O.O

Can a scripter team or someone who can fix this come on?

I fixed it, the problem was me and eagle have the same IP range 66.31.*.*, and it was in the ipbanned.txt >_> someone put it there so every time NC tried to connect, it would automaticly d/c itself doing this rapidly.
