HoudiniMan will become famous soon enough
Asked him about that:
aftershock766: I think I should clarify. I'm technically still part f pwa, and technically, I still "lead", but spark has really taken charge of the situation

the PWA really needs to get organized, and start getting new members that won't quit after a few weeks

What's the point of a PW team now? All you have to do is pay $100 and your server is up. No more passing or failing.

They still have to go server to server looking for anything illigal, and I think you can still get passed through them if you are short on cash I suppose.

In order to go from group 3 to group 2 you have to have good content, for which PWA tests the PWs =)

Also PWA checks for any copy writed material and what not on PWs.

If they need to they'll hire more x.X Hiring for PWA is hard though, because people ahve to be trusted and what not by Cyberjeurs.

I would if I could hire, but I cant. As im only PWA, and a GM would normally hire, like Nem did, but we have none.

And Aftershock has been here for years, and about 3months since he has been re-hired.
And Kish was basically a joke, so I wouldnt count her.

There's enough griping on the forums of what is illegal and what is stolen. I still don't think there's any need for a PW team anymore.

And its not just illegal material, theres loads of shut off things too.

Nope. There's 50 threads per illegal thing on any given server. I'm not being sarcastic in the least.

Well I'd support you if thats all we did, and that was anywhere near 50% of the ''illegal'' things we actually had.

aftershock766: As it stands, Spark, Houdini and I are still on the team. But, because of my poor attendance and inactivity, I decided to let Spark 'take charge' of the situation. I've been wanting to leave the position even before Nemesis left, but ever since he did it's been making that a bit more difficult. Before I go, I want some questions answered. Who will be the new GM? Where did Stefan run off to? Where is Unixmad? (i've tried e-mailing him many times and no response). How does the playerworld paying incorporate the PWA? Sure, Unixmad says that we get to determine who pays and who doesn't, but it's still theoretical and a fairly loose statement seen as though we/he has a hard time contacting us/him.With my access to debug, I've been looking for Stefan for a long time but he doesn't seem to be around. I don't just want to jump off and leave right away, I'd like to know what really is the future of the PWA. But then again, it isn't fair that everything is being held up by me, hence that is why houdini and spark are working in autonomy from me.

There will most likely not be a new GM. Nemesis did not do much anyway...

Stefan is still around, just working hard on other Graal clients.

Unixmad has been on vacation. He usually only answers emails if it has something to do with a billing problem. Best way of contact is ICQ.

What situation did you let Spark 'take charge' of? The general PW situation? Talk to me on AIM...LyndzeyAngelis

From what I hear Lyndzey is helping out big time with leading them or tring to help as much as she can but yet she is only Accounts Admin she cant do much. Yes it needs to be organized more, HM goes on servers and tells them he would take it down himself if someone d/ced him but from what I heard from Angel Spark and Lyndzey all said there is no way to take down a bought player world.

I believe in spark, i think he can do a good job, and i personally don't think he would quit in a few weeks. He does his job well, and knows how to handle problems on other servers without threatening to remove RC's like 'someone' in the PWA does. I belive in Spark .... Good Luck too i guess.

yea, i was more talking about angel, and kish
=x
<3 to both of them... but they still did quit kinda fast...

i am just saying that they need a whole TEAM, and not 2 or so people trying to do all the work of a team... they need like 5 or 6 members i think, to do their job best... i mean, between maybe like 10 populat servers, that's still 2 servers per PWA member for them to watch after...

ask you nicley to give them rights so they can shut you down? or maybe the could report you to the Game Master which does not exist and get you shut down!
the onlything PWA can do is report you to stefan and unixmad, and they have the same chance of getting ahold of stefan/unixmad as any normal player does. PWA is dead.
