I need a few things answered.
What will increase mychances of learning a prayer? Wis+2 rings?
How do I set Hotkeys?
If I have a Int+2,or Wis+2 ring on how come I fail to learn a spell/prayer sometimes?
Is there a limit to how many spells you can have?
How do you use a IWD?

Luck and int improve chance of learning.
To use an IWD, /mark your sword and drop in front of you a number of diamonds equal to the square of the number of slots you want opened (for 7 slots, 49 diamonds). Then fire the IWD. I recommend doing this somewhere very low-traffic.
To set hotkeys, use the quick menu on the upper right, find the icon you want, click to the right of it, and type the letter you want. Thenafter, hitting that key counts as doubleclicking that icon.
There's no spell limit.

Well I understand everything,except for the IWD thing. Ill just have someone show me how ingame.

No, luck is for anything, int is for spells, wis for prayers.

about the learning and failing of spells...it has something to do with ike your mental level x int /something, i forget what, dx explained it to me b4 but i forgot XD

% chance to learn = (base chance + (2 * level))/1.5

The level being multiplyed by 2 is your overall level..Here is the base chance table..
1 int - 0 %
2 int - 0 %
3 int - 1 %
4 int - 2 %
5 int - 4 %
6 int - 8 %
7 int - 12 %
8 int - 16 %
9 int - 25 %
10 int - 36 %
11 int - 45 %
12 - 55 %
13 - 65 %
14 - 70 %
15 - 75 %
16 - 80 %
17 - 85 %
18 - 90 %
19 - 95 %
20+ - 100 %

Also, mental level and luck affect whether you learn a spell or not...

I'm still marveling about the fact that I failed avatar with mental lv 10, 16 Wis and +19 luck... :o
