I think a golden rule of being on debug is not announcing you are a part of it.

I also think being appointed by your kingdom does not make you staff -_-

You can of course still do it outside of Graal, but we don't take any responsibility for that.
I don't quite understand. You're saying you can't sell game items for real money, yet the last sentance there seems to contradict your statement. You mean we basically can still sell Graal items for real money, we just can't advertise it in the game? Kind of confusing, I don't see a difference of messaging someone on aim asking if they want to buy your item for real money, and messaging them via Graal PM and doing the same thing.

You should just make it clear that Cyberjoueurs holds no responsibility for trades that involve real items or money. I mean you really don't hold responsibility for ingame trades either, so people should already know that if something goes wrong, they are out of luck.

That is exactly what he's saying. Players are not permitted to use Graal as a medium for such transactions, and Graal does not condone such transactions being made outside of Graal, and takes no responsibility for said transactions.

*EDIT* Look! I just repeated yourself.

Well, obviously Stefan does not want to be sued because of some item selling transactions. He is simply trying to protect the company.

You are wrong, i was hired by Stefan to do GFX.

It's a difference if someone uses our servers and clients to advertise criminal actions, or if they use IM.

In other words Graal has no control of what happens outside the Game only within it.

Well, to solve this really, make an eception to the scaming rule.
"Selling items in-game for real money (eg: USD, CAND) is not going to be our responsibility if the trade does not work out the way it was suppsoed to. We will not replace lost items or punish anyone. Trade at your own risk."

This way the player can actually be charged legally and GraalOnline has nothing to do with it.

It has already been solved TRADING FOR REAL MONEY IS ILLEGAL. What’s to solve? Graal is responsible for anything that goes on within the Game when it involves the game legally. Just saying they will turn their back to anything that goes wrong with a trade does not relieve them of legal responsibly of what is going on.

No, your wrong Moongod. Selling graal items for real money is allowed. As long as you advertise your trade somewhere else, such as aim.
