Its not really scripting, nor anything else.

On RC in ''Account List''

is there a condition that shows ALL banned accounts?

If so, what is it?

i beleive there is its like where it says the second part of it try banned or something like that if i could get on my RC i would be able to tell you more clear but there having problems with it

There's a way to do global ban, not sure about local.

You can use the Account List. I think its blocked=1 Let me check.
Well yes it is blocked=1 but that is all globally banned accounts.

there is probably a way.
