Thank you THT for alerting the Graalians out there to know that.
But one thing you should do is, if someone insults, tells someone 'you suck, or a racial slang etc'. Just delete the thread.
Players should just ignore the thread and its replys. Delete it before they have a chance to even argue, then give a warning would be something to help and may stop continuous banning and arguing.

Sorry for posting this here, I will put this under future improvements as well.

Hmm, good on taking that serious, calling people with a racial slur is NOT cool, and shouldn't be to act cool. Don't be like Eminem, Dr. Dre, and all of those "cool" people.
