Crashed computer

For the last 2 days when I try to connect to the server the program freezes while loading. What happened? The server was down a couple of days ago, something different had to be added. I did the disk cleanup and ran scandisk to correct errors, but it still freezes. This Sucks!!! Anyone had the same problem? Do I need to re-install?
