NPC's

Make NPC's Killable, and have npc's outside if town. And monster raids can come in and kill them all.
So trying to prevent deaths in the town you have to kill all the monsters and save the town.

Also having store NPC's outside if they die they can't sell that anymore

So making this would be real cool.
Would be fun.

No. It wouldn't be fun. I don't really see how making all the NPCs on the server be dead, and then you can't do anything except kill monsters would be fun. Your definition of fun confuses me.

You would think that someone who possesses a Ring of Strife, along with a full shop of l33t magic items, perhaps even some storage area for restocks, is well capable of defending him/herself against greedy bandits

I ment OUTSIDE not INSIDE Actual STORES.

There would be like an NPC outside of town,I heard some one talk about scurvy merchants well one would be outside.
And only monsters would be able to kill it. The NPC would sell something good or something not so good.
So if you wanna keep that good item selling. You must protect the scurvy merchant from death. Also the merchant attacks for his life too. If the merchant dies. He or She will spawn in a different area in the town with possibly a new look and a new item.

That is a good idea selzar because then the environments outside of the town would be more dynamic with npcs that don't attack you when you come near them like

cute bunnys,
bomys, and
little potatos.

Anyone see anything wrong with that.. maybe its just me

Cute Bunnies? Have you seen the teeth on those things? Rule one about monsters. If it's cute. It's dangerous.

Anyway. It sounds like an alright Idea, but unless the shopkeepers are really weak, I don't they'll get killed by most of the monsters they'd run into on the Graal Map.
