Apparently this is gone now, how do we do night/day etc, and to color a whole level do we use a light and zoom in loads?

ANSWER: If your video card doesn't support it, then you won't see any effect.
(Note: seteffect was removed several versions ago)

Ok. I see now. I just wasn't spending too much time reading the Snow lagged my browser and was annoying me.
