I deleted the GM thread...it's been said..Ibonic will handle the Gold Servers...what happens to me is whatever...I dunno anymore...I just know I love this game...kinda mad...kinda frustrated but what can you do...nothing

I'll say more as I can...Sorry about deleting your voice was heard...by me...thats what I feel is the major importance of graal...Democracy...but anyhow x_X

Unixmad told me this morning before I went to class that I would remain on staff and as the Classic / Playerworld GM

Don't know the details of rc and everything else...but I do know that we can move forward...Hopefully I can get a chance to accomplish a lot now...

And nem got really pissy and immature showing some bad qualities (please dont hurt me, k?)

I think in the end ibonic is gold gm and nem is classic gm and con is bugger all

Things would be helped considerably if the website was updated, or at least updatable. I mean, it still says for people to submit .gifs with their levels, and to email NPCWs directly to Olorin basically. =_=

We have a structure. Nobody understands it, and nobody follows it. Until that changes, we can't really expect to get anything done.

The structure as I understand it is as follows
1) Owners/GMs: Stefan - coder, Unixmad - server
2) Asst. GM's: Nemesis - Classic tab, Ibonic - Gold tab, Galen - forum?
3) PW "Owners" (since PW Managers/PW Admins tends to refer to the reviewers)
4) PW's admins (GP Admin, Police Chief, LAT Admin, FAQ Admin, etc.)
5) PW Staff (GP, FAQ, LAT)

If you have a problem with a 5, report it to their 4 - ie tell Chronos if Soul is abusing his GP priveleges, and tell Tyhm if Soul is abusing his reviewer priveleges - not that Soul would, but he's a good cross-staff example.
If you have a problem with a 4 (such as they blew off your report or acknowledged it and laughed at you or something), report it to their 3. If Chronos gave you a wedgie for tattling on his best friend, you come to me.
If you have a problem with a 3 (which really shouldn't happen), you proceed to their 2. If a Gold admin messes with you, tell Ibonic. If a Classic server (not just Graal Classic, any non-subscription PW) owner messes with you, you tell Nem.
In the catastrophic event that a 2 is being abusive (and assuming you didn't skip a few steps - you can't expect Nemesis to give a crap about every GP on galbadia, nor know their names and emails), then and only then do you nag an owner about it.

That's always been my understanding. This way, every admin has to watch over at most like 30 sub-admins. You don't get the crossover trouble that we usually get, such as Lycia crowning herself Queen of the FAQs because two GMs thought it was the other one who approved it, you don't get the uber admins meddling with things they don't understand such as the famous...well, I won't name names, but some of us remember Stefan giving promotions to people who had a lot to learn about PR...it's a simple and effective system, but it needs a framework before we can realistically expect anyone to follow it.

Usually how its setup is that there is:
Manager
CoManager
Asst. Manager (If Needed)
Head Admin/Head Developer
Admin/Developer
GP Chief/Levels Admin/NPC Admin(If needed Guild Admin, etc...)
Captain(s) of their respected fields
LAT/NAT/GP
FAQ

If thats what you talking about after the GM stuff :O

Anyway, I hope you do stay Nemesis and try to focus on all the servers. Mabey you should make some new rules, like about the .gif images. Or Images like door.png can be diffrent on another server. This in turn overwrites the last one there, and you end up downloading them all over again. Mabey images made by the server should have the apprivation before the name.

Hmm, what else... Aww, we should all complain to get full power to Nem over classic servers, not so much so he can delete/create a server, but so he can edit accounts unixmad would only of done before, fire managers, restart npc servers, mass account resets on servers, etc... Reason being is because Stefan says he is always busy, and Unixmad is never on to ask...
