I'm 14 and I say "ass" all the time, wether it be in front of my parents, in school, or anywhere. My parents openly say "ass" to me as if they did not care becuase it is not a swear word ok bye.

If so Hawk, then we don't have to make precautions and such for them because they agreed that they are 13 or older, even if it was a lie, thus making any case they have null-and-void.
