ummm post things you want to be added in the next version

1.in the playerlist you should be able to make like different sections for buddies.
2.maybe something like aim that you can send files to buddies
3.a away message thing so when someone pms you when you're away it ives them a message

umm thats all i can think off now.

Graal would lag like HFIL and some people would complain about getting stuff like viruses and trojans. Very bad idea for several reasons.

The Graalian you were attempting to contact has logged off. Would you like to send it via email instead? [yes] [no], and it caches whatever email they have in their profile when you open a message to them (but not when they message you)

And file transfer via email's fine with me, just default it to off. It won't go via the Graal servers, therefore no lag.

Fine if you want multiple images the size of the level, but otherwise not much use.

1) Scripting command for NPC server so you can code it to say certain messages based on a PM that the player sends it. For example f the player sends the NPC Serverthe message
/help mining
It would reply with a message we have coded telling you a little bit of info about it. (what you need to mine where to get it)
Also for events incase people have masses of, it could also warp them if they want to play the event.

2) Layer for level editer. Please.

3) Command that lets NPCs in game read files from FTP. Logs to be exact.

No, If you made a direct connection to the other person instead of going thru graal it wouldnt even effect it. Wtf you think when you send a file on aim it goes thru aim?

Things I would like to see in the next version.

Mostly some new commands. The ones I list I think are pretty self-explainable.

shoot index,imagename,direction,power;

shoot index,imagename,direction,travelxdistance,travelyd istance,power;

I think that the most commonly used graphics on playerworlds should just be added to the tileset since so many people use them on playerworlds. You know like amz_chair.png and all the other ones you see on every playerworld.

The other thing I would like to see is to let us be able to change the tiles to be blocking, unblocking, water, or whatever.
Maybe have it where we make a text file or something with stuff like
tile[1,0]=block;
And make the tile block.
tile[1,1]=water;
player walks on it and it shows the player swimming
tile[1,2]=swamp;

and so on and so on. Then have a script that reads the text file, or maybe just put it into the game or something.

I like your first idea. With that Playerworlds could eliminate FAQ's.

I think he meant just straight alpha blending setcoloreffect does that, but also changes gamma for brightness so it's kinda hard to get a black light...although why anyone would want one confuses me

Opacity is true transparency. Alpha changes and images opacity using itself as the layer of transparency, this is why dark colors are invisible and light colors are solid. True opactiy (transparency) would change the whole image to the same opacity level.

Yeah, just have it so if it's a negative value for alpha, it's true opacity instead of light effect transparency.
