Considering most of us Trueheat included consider you a traitor to KT any one you suggest is null and void and suspected of being a traitor as well. So no he is not temporary leader. Especially considering if you're in jail you cant talk to him to have appointed him and if you could it means he's a traitor since he has contact with you.

I slip out messages through the guards, it's not like I dont sceme while I'm in jail, and the next time you call me a traitor, you're out of the troupe. The Troupe is supposed to be a group of friends, and the traitoring i did was not in character, I did it just to spice up the story a bit.
