I hate it when people are hired out of the blue, when there are staff members who have been with graal offering free service for years, yet get nowhere. If people are getting hired out of the blue, is just stupid. There are alot more other staff out there that are willing to give it a go. So why not promote these people? :grrr:

Yes you promote staff then you have to hire someone to fill the other spot. I'm tired of people multi-tasking and not getting work done, frankly everyone who does an excellent job should stay where they are just because if they care about graal they will know their job is IMPORTANT to graal and thus it should be there. Promotions are good when capable people are there to take over, yet there hasn't been much of that.

As for out of the blue, thats how hiring goes, just because a staff member is on staff doesn't mean they are qualified enough to do another job in a higher position, think about that. Internal promotions are excellent, but then again they can't always be done.... But playerworld staff are staff of graal because they do work for the game under the playerworld section and I will not hire someone who isn't apart of the playerworld section, so if you are apart of the "graal" section...classic, 2k1 ,and 2k2 then sorry it's just how it works because that is not playerworld staff and playerworld management.......makes things easier.

and said unix had to make Global Accounts and i talked to Nemesis about it cause i had taken down 3 ilegeal *******s and 1 ilegeal site and i showed some of my plans to Stefan and he was very very pleased But i guess i got the wrong impression and im Sorry to everyone that inconvinces..

I agree with Nemesis . No offense to all of you but if everyone did their job then servers would be successful WTF is up with all these other servers 2-0 people on all day , there is no point in having them up to lag everyone else. And if they had Staff that would do the jobs they are appointed to do then it would work better. That is the point of Owners and Co-owners or Admin's. To make sure everyone is doing their job but if they are the ones making the levels that destroy's the point of having Lat's and You are given a job because before you were hired to convinced the hiring person that you are the best why would should you be promoted if you are doing your job just fine? I don't want to piss anyone off but this is how I see things

If it's the same Angel as on 2k2, then it's complete BS. That Angel girl on 2k2 strolls around with unreleased stuff and pk's people with swords that no one else can get yet. She rubs it in everyone's faces. "Oh this is staff only" What the heck does she do anyway? I'm not being sexist or anything, but it seems girls can get anything they want on Graal. Look at that Lara girl (or laura, whatever) She got staff positions on 2k1 and was totally corrupt and lazy. Hype got lots of staff positions and while not really corrupt and stuff, it seems she was favoured by birdbird and a few other guys that she talked over the phone with.

Now this Angel girl has some staff position on 2k2 and now this crap. I could be totally wrong, and this could be one big fluke, but I highly doubt it. There are a lot of lonely guys that have staff positions on Graal and they would surely give staff toys and staff positions to a girl if she bugged them long enough and they liked her. This isn't like some kind of big news though, I have known girls on Graal that say they will trade revealing pictures of themselves for staff positions and other things. (most likely not even girls but you get the idea)

Angel is obviously corrupt, she has the worse reputation ever on Dino Valley as staff... She tells people she is an elite scripter when I have seen her asks for beer scripts etc.
If this chick gets hired as Global Admin, I got every reason to get her fired.
By the way, she is really good at talking herself to getting a job, I mean really good, with her lies that is.
