Graal 2k2...

I don't know about you guys, but Graal 2002 is absolutely horrible. But, it is not completely the server. I believe that without the lag, and maybe a bit more to do it would be decent. The problem is, all of you people who were really cool on Graal 2001 have now become total n00bs on 2002. I see many people going "WAHH WAHH WAHH I'M SO PISSED OFF HE STOLE MY ROCK WHEN I WAS TRYING TO KILL HIM WAHHH". It is very annoying and completely ruins the fun of the game. The lag also kills it, you walk extremely too slow and the walking sfx is irritating. If I had to grade this server, it would get a D+, sorry guys. Let me know if you dislike it as well and I wanna know why.

Alpha Release

Most of the stuff isnt out yet and every one on 2k2 is a bunch of noobs lol my self included its a new server so its not possible for any one to be anything else. If you dont like it dont play. That simple if you want to come back when there are some older players then wait a few months and be a noob then. I mean considering this is the 3rd day of the alpha server I'd say its doing pretty damn good. If you dont like the sound put a suggestion in the future 2k2 improvment rather than crying about it here.

Agreed... and yes I know it's Alpha but the ppl still could act more responsible. Yes everyone is new to the server but they don't need to act immature.

It's better to give comments than just to shut up, every voice makes it easier for them to improve for the final release.

. I move to bring the Police force to 2k2. Or something because the people that go up to you while you are mining, hit you with their sword, stand in front of the rock and hit it with axe and when u go to mine that rock that they hit you from they say you steal. (If you understood any of that

It's already being discussed and they're not having police but the idea of guards is an option.

That would be funnier than hell. Except that its true.

But the guards wont deal with stupid stuff like RPing basically its every man for him self vigilante fend for your self doggy dog type of world. Which really is more RP like. You have to survive on your own. Or find people to stick with that can fight for you. Such as a farmer might want protection from a kingdom etc...

Guards would just be a rename of Police.

And Aftershock, I'm referring to the n00bs that come from 2k1 acting immature.. I see lots. Although, the n00bs from Classic are well, all n00bs

The cons-
Terrain walking (By that I mean how you'll walk really slow everywhere, and some places can't even walk. It makes going anywhere a *****)
Lag (though this is probably due to the 110+ people on it :P)
Problems with house warping
And probably some other stuff that I haven't played enough to encounter
Not enough heads, can't change bodies

The Pros-
sw33t graphics!
l33t hair system (though there needs to be more hair/colors)
How when you choose your kingdom, that assigns your body (you should be able to choose from a multitude of bodies that fit that kingdom)
Uhh..probably some other stuff I haven't played enough to encounter

Suggestions-
Make it where when you choose a kingdom, you start with some hats of that kingdom.
(Free, if 2k2 has that)

Actually, it's quite interesting, what's happened in response to the lack of police force. People with swords, usually complete strangers, will often stand guard for people who began mining the rock first, and attack anyone who tries to steal it. There's almost always a person standing guard at the oven. \

Besides that, rock stealing isn't nearly so big a deal as it was on 2k1, since it no longer costs money to mine, and I've yet to see anyone steal things from a crafter. Plus, the new trading system eliminates scams. All the RCs will have to deal with is the occasional speed hacker.

2002 is a circus right now because it's new, everyone is confused, and trying to figure out stuff-- not to mention waiting for npc's to load.

There are also alot of players that wern't even on 2001 who just upgrade their accounts because they had to in order to be able to play on classic servers.

Hopefully once it is out of ***ALPHA*** and Officialy released, only people with Graal Gold subscription will be able to play, so there won't be as many people on, and those who pay for Graal Gold will probably appreciate it more and not act stupid. (Wishfull thinking heh.)

I'm excited, Graal 2002 actualy looks like a game that I'd buy off the shelf in a store for 20-40$ (If that price included a 1-year subscription)

Most of us love 2k2 its just not all of us are going to post about how much we like it. We're just going to play. Seeing as how there are usually around 130 players on I would think that would speak for its self on how much many of us like it. What I'd like given time is where you can fish off the boats with nets and fishign poles and stuff so you can have real fishing crews and stuff. But thats just a flight of fancy. Only thing is I want my sword to work.

If it wont make it today can I have some one like watch me make four blades and stuff and then just take my stuff away and give me my sword. I spent over 2 hours yesterday trying to get the anvil to work. Every time I pressed a it brought up a menu I selected an item and pressed D and nothing.

You know getting to stat out right when the server starts up is the greatest thing. Its great with each new update.
then when 3/4's the people have quit your an oldbie lol.
Anyway also an advantage is if I start now and I put my efforts into making stuff which is fun...
when all these n00bs are running around I have so much supplies i can make whatever i want,
I have 90 planks but it makes me walk sooo slow lol.

The whole point of it is that it wont be boring when I have everythign because I can make more and more of everything and then I have more assets then other people and I can have more fun by selling my stuff and building stuff,
and kicking some n00b ass,
and being a Samurai and AND AND AND AND AND AND *wham*
