Set right improovements

Right now, there is set rights and set folder rights. Maybe they should go even further and divide those two into these three:
View Rights
Set Account Rights
Set Folder Rights
it could be useful if you want to give someone the right to only give out FTP (folder) rights and not account rights

It would work if you could open rights without the set right ability but since you can't, adding view rights would be useful

Yes, a right to view so you can give RCs the ability to set FTP rights and not the right to set the other account rights

but then they could give themselves folder rights to the guild folder, or the log folder

alright, so let me get this straight, you want:

[x] View Rights
[x] Set Rights
[x] Set Folder Rights

Right? Well, if the person have set rights, but not view rights, it would screw everything up, and, you can view your own rights, just not anyone elses
