Definate no on non-p2p, unless you make alts like server flags that contain actions or params, etc. P2P it could be done using a with command, and I am sure when gmaps start into use that triggeraction on seperate levels will be easy.

gmaps? mapping system? I've tried to use it offline but it won't work, or it only works online?

no,,, that will triggeraction on -5, 10 of the current level, not 59,10 of the level above.
