Light Effects!?

Theres a post somewhere (I looked but cant find it!?) It tells you all the shades and color codes for light effects:

r,b,g! (0-1)

Any1 can you list them? Or anyone give me a link!

Also they used to work on my computer then like i downloaded the new version of graal and light effects are square with lines all across them instead of round lights! Anyone suggest an answer other than new GFX card?

or set green amd blue to 0 and imcrease red to get variance un that and increase green bu 0.01 or sime stiff like that
