You god damn idiot. Soto was banned from 2k1 for using a trainer to get all the hats. He would exploit bugs and stuff, and now now he's bugs admin. I like soto and all, but I've always said that he doesn't deserve this job.

It is not cheating. Please look at the old GP handbook and tell me where it says bug abusage is illegal. Now look at the new one that I made, and you will see it says bug abusage is illegal.
