Problem with ownership transfer.

It is broken, when you go to ownership transfer the list of members is empty so you can't transfer ownership.

Doesn't the person you transfer the guild to need 200 or more hours on Classic or something like that?

that was the old recruirement.You have to go through Kawaii to transfer the guild.Because the guild board can't access the players online stats
