if they were banned by mistake and can't seem to get stefan's attention any other way after many attempts, i think it's leget. . . (like when i went on that postin spree to get my account back

Stefan and Unix are both pretty reasonable about things. Problem is alot of these people think Stefan is a complete ***** that won't check the evidence against them.

incarnation is the funniest example, someone had a screenshot, 3 police saw him, he still claims to stefan, he doesnt hack, SK caught him with the RC thing

They should make a special "I was banned by [namehere] he is corrupt" forum which can only be accesed when you're banned.
Though of course, that would mean I occasionally can't give generic advise which no one actually read nor is interested in.

Actually I have been banned and I understand the frustration. But the best thing you can do is send a nicely typed and easily readable email to Stefan or Unixmad asking them NICELY to check the evidence against you. You also probably have a better chance if you dont include in your email "hi, i r 1337 and i r was banned! gimme account back or feel the wrath of my 1337 hax0rness! w00t!". Or something of the like.
