March First Rc Update Bug.

The new update to the Rc has been recently causing problems for me. I can acess everything I have the rights for, but I can also acess thing I do not have the rights for. Namely the Npc server buttons. These buttons also Appear and disapear every few seconds, possibly do to the new feature to reconnect to NC when the Rc loses it's connection.

Some RCs can access it and some cannot, on Providence, I know that Providence_RC6 cannot but all the other ones seem to work

Yes there is a bug with the reconnecting,
people without npcserver access see the thing
flashing all the time (but can still not use it).
I will fix this in a few minutes.
