On all free servers, timeouts end when the leader leaves the room.

Even if you're using timereverywhere.

Fix please.

You can especially tell in the Lizard Temple...even the baddies freeze, sometimes while still blinking. Not fun.

It does not, and that would only set a timeout for a player not in the room...the trouble is when the leader leaves, the control of the room is transferred to noone. Nobody is in charge of maintaining the timeout, not even the people that were previously very peacefully running their own timeout loops. The entire level just freezes. Some aspects even reset to the editor state, NPCs go right back to where they were (a phenomenon that unfortunately does not apply to NPCs that are never supposed to move yet drift anyway - don't quite understand that one), Baddies return to their original position and just FREEZE. Walking into them hurts, attacking them does nothing...it's as if the leader of the level was lagging like mad.

Stefan, I also noticed tht now, when yo have a room full of baddies, they freze... even the non-laggy players, so now, we have to use if (!leader) and warp the to the same level, just another name so its no laggy

I'd recommend liztemp2.graal for instance...all the liztemp levels are kooky like that...if you go on as yourself you'll have an entourage to help you test it. ^_^

liztemp6b.graal to liztemp6g.graal are also good - the gravity script is timereverywhere, obviously, because everyone is affected by it. However, when the leader leaves....poof.

Ok I fixed some stuff and restarted classic.
The 'isleader' thing should be fixed for baddies
(tested it with 2 Graals), haven't got time to
check if the timer works for npc scripts

Couldn't you just use putbaddy and killcompus every time a leader enters?

...that would mean every time a newbie enters the level, even if you've already got it down to the last baddy, it resets. That would suck. It's set up so if a player enters for the first time it refreshes the baddies - however, it disregards that information, and ALL NPCS FROZE, even the jumping scripts. But Stefan fixed it. Yay Stefan! ^_^
