I was in the markey today,
I rented a stand
I set the banner to "Always on 2"
I started selling things for 1 or 0 g
Everyone was a crouding around
so I put one up for 700g,
of course whos dumb enough to buy it its DragonX,
I get put in jail and the 700g taken away,
Its out of his own sheer stupidety that he never
waited for the price,

NOW YOU TELL ME

Is this Scamming,
Or not scamming.

It is scamming, you can't deny that, but it should not be illegal... instead of the admins having to investigate things like this and then go and edit accounts, why don't they just fix the market NPC so people can't "scam"?

Actually it's more like gambling for the buyer... you could get free items, or you could lose a lot.

There were no staff and Loriel still takes my money

No, provided a few of the apples are 1 or 2 gralats, and others are 600. Just as long as your banner doesn't lie, you can't get in trouble. (From my understanding.)

The purpose of scamming is not to have "fun" it is to acquire money in an unfair manner. If it was for "fun" they would give back the money after they scammed it.

Trading by speech really is a bad system. It should be like most online games where a menu pops up and waits for you both to accept the trade - and where changing your side of the trade makes it so that their acceptance is cancelled so you can't do the obvious quickly-change-stake-to-0-and-then-press-okay trick.
