I don't ge it, why does everyone want to be moderator so bad? I mean, I wouldn't mind being it but it's a damn lot of work. You have to read every single post and thread i the forum you moderate and take into consideration if something has broken the rules or not.

I don't see what's wrong with giving anyone a chance at being a mod (as long as they know what they are doing)

If they are no good replace them a week later.. it isn't like it could get any worse since the current mods don't do enough to begin with.

Someone mentioned this before:

Give someone admin power that frequents the forums, so that they can hire new mods.. unixmad and stefan aren't active enough here at the forums.. unixmad comes like once a week or so, and stefan comes maybe 2-3 times a day to browse a few topics and read pm's..

There is still so much spam here so obviously the current mods aren't doing their job to it's fullest.

As for spam, that's what the Off-Topic forums is for...The only real rule I have added is that there are no threads devoted to nothing but spamming for posts. Outside of that, there isn't much else I can really do.

I really don't know about you, but, I really think the forums they moderate need to be turned over to someone who has time for it or who is appropriate for the said forum.

I mean, heck, the playerworld forum doesn't even have a moderator.

We need new moderators who have time. I don't think that people who already have jobs on Graal such as Birdbird_0 should be allowed to moderate the boards. That's a tad unfair, and besides, he doesn't have time to do the job he does, and moderate the board.

I think we need people to moderate the boards who don't have a job because they would have time to do it.

I'm not going to make any suggestions with regards to who should become moderators of each of these forums, I'm just pointing out what's up with this boards.

id love to be a mod, i dont have a job on graal and im on the fourms all the time...
