Graal = Loosing Players?

Well, I have notice that graal has lost alot of players recently. Usually when i get home there should be about 50-60 players on..and this week i saw mabye 30 players on. I think we are loosing players. It could be from the Hacking, Cussing, Boringness, Scamming, Stealing, Accounts Banned/Stolen, Lack of activities, or anything else. Well, mabye this doesnt apply to you, but i have gotten scammed a couple of time in the past..and look how many players quit in the last two months?

What do you think We or Stefan should do to not lose players like we do now?

I believe the exact opposite. I have seen so many new forum members join each day... I think they are making a good profit right now. And people may upgrade their accounts for Graal 2002 but not play Graal 2001... because let's face it, it's getting a little old

I noticed that too, there are less people on G2K1, I blame valikoria.

i ment generally...i guess graal 2001 is just getting boring..

im still here

but i did notice very few players on
i got home from school and there was 12 people on 2k1
i just thought all the americans must be at school
so i went on later when all the americans would have had plenty of time to get home etc and there still wasnt many players on

May be people need to go to school again
and don't have to play so much. The count of
account upgrades didn't fall, but the count of
players in general is not increasing anymore.

People have to go back to school, so the number of players will drop some since homework and such must be done now.

Yeah... I had one of my accounts banned and I asked Nemesis about unbanning it. It was an ex-friend who got it banned and Nem told me to ask Loriel. This was the email I got from Ben:

Definately not :/ Your account was banned for a valid reason, so I
cannot unban"

I think that's really dumb that I have no say in my own account. Oh well... I had another one that Brad upgraded. He's pretty cool.

I'm really tired of people getting banned for the smallest reasons... but that's why I'm not staff I suppose.

Too much hacking and crap, theres these 3 hackers who found my ip on graal and hacked me till i needed to reformat, I quit graal for some time until I could stay away no longer, and still I don't play, I just browse the boards.

Um, it is probably because school is back in session...I'm pretty sure that someone has covered that already but I'm just reiterating it. Personally, I don't mind as fewer players means lower lag

Yea I Agree,
Graal is losing players but for the most part it is because Americans go back to school. When I get up in the morinings (as I am Australian) there are usually about 100 people on Graal 2001, this morning there were 60!

O well, I think it may be a mixture of things that maybe causing the lack of players, but I really dont mind to tell you the truth.

i went on Valikorlia for the first time since it reopened got stuck in a torch thing did unstick me and was warped to a starry level with my character saying BANNED and then messaged the staff and got no reply

Anyway, i have found myself not playing graal as much as well...
Though not because of school or work, It's just not apealing to me anymore, and to tell the truth im not sure why...

At least we don't have to start until the end of Jan.

but yeah. I just went on a few minutes ago, and there were 8 people on. Not that much.
