Banned?

I want to get on my human account but it says I cant and the reason is cause im banned. It says banned: Reason is i need to change my pass.

With a new password that is (It MUST be a hard one to crack and HAS to include at least one letter and one number)

thats stupid i have hard-to-crack passwords without numbers. i dont want to change to a different one with a number in just because someone says so.

I think it's because a hacker got onto your account and gave people money, so stefan probably banned it so it wouldn't happen again.

my friend Charlain had this problem and she changed her password - it still said there was a problem

she only had 26 days left and she has upgraded a new account so she needs to work everything back
