I need some help troubleshooting

I cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong.
I load up graal, hit start, and i cannot connect to the server list. I have the newest version available. This has been happening since yesterday. It was working fine the day before (and i had the same software as now), but now wont connect. Ive tried 2 different accounts, my p2p and free. Neither work. The only thing i can figure is maybe my IP is banned, but i don't see why. I wasnt notified, or anything. No police or other graal official had a problem with me. The players didnt say anything to me. I was just walking around two days ago, now im stuck offline for graal

. Are there any settings that i should change? Why wont graal work for me anymore?

i was gonna try reinstalling it...but setup wont connect either. Ive NEVER had these problems before! this is really not fun

its obvious, if i need replies to my posts, they have to be about completely nothing....that is really sad.

The server list doesn't use ip banning. Somehow
there must be a network problem or you must configure
your firewall

Do the "Connecting to server" or "Getting Server List" windows just stay like that for a long time? That happens to me a lot, and is usually just caused by a bad connection. More likely a firewall error, though. Ask your parents if they installed any recently.

we dont use a firewall on our computer.
and Xythar: the connecting to server window stays up for like 2 minutes, and then goes away with an error message that says "could not establish connection to server" and it closes graal. I will try to configure some things, but i havent touched any network settings. Thanx though.

What kind of connection do you run?

still nothing. All of my other programs work, the only things that wont work are setup.exe (for graal), playing graal online, and trying to connect using RC. All of my FTP programs work
