IcePick should not only be banned from Graal (Which would probably lead him to commiting suicide), but he should be stuffed in a box, put into a rocket, and be launched into the sun like the festering boil of humanity that he is.

Very true.. you can create so much chaos there.. i have seen people mess up so much crap there.. the server sucks anyway.. its to damn laggy

Oh yeah hire IcePrick and expect him to do absolutly nothing to your server with lvl4RC and FTP password. Youve seen his server and when u fire him u dont expect him to go into a skitzo rage?? You should have had the FTP Pass changed BEFORE firing anyone with FTP access. Any ***** could figure that out. But you learn from your mistakes so i hope you dont hire anyone else like this in the future. Also only give FTP to the following people:
Owner
Co-Owner(S)
Admin Guy 1
Head LAT if trust worthy

Anyone else with just abuse it also make sure the people u give it to are friends of your that can be trusted not to get all worked up if they get fired. A backup of everything on your server comes in hadny aswell.
