Due to problems, the time restriction is being removed from the guild program. In it's place will be a 2001 subscription checker. This means that unless you've subscribed to 2001 you won't be able to create or support a guild. This DOES NOT prevent non-subscribers for joining a guild.

Most g2k1 subscribers don't have 200 hours, at least I don't.
They paid for Graal, they deserve to create guilds without hassle.

Yes, but if you compare how many subscribers there are versus non-subscribers, you'll find that there are more of the latter.

Well if they want to create guilds they can subscribe, it doesn't cost very much.

This was done becasue the time check is very expensive. Even in it's most optomized state, it still caused the classic servers to lockup 3 or 4 days ago.
