Stefan - Account and Paypal..

Stefan,

I had an account upgraded (JAM666) with paypal and recieved an e-mail at [email protected] (The account registry e-mail) and opened it up, waited a week to try the account, and it didn't work.. My friend consulted you about it and you said it should be upgraded in a few days/weeks or so, so i replied and said okay. I waited about 3 weeks, and still nothing. I replied with information wondering what was going on, and still go no response. I would like to know what is going on or what happened? Was the transaction canceled? If so, i would like a refund because i haven't recieved anything back yet.

These kind of complaints goto unixmad. Far as I know Stefan doesn't handle that.

He told me to reply to him, so i did. I also emailed unixmad and got nothing.

If you can make an email short and sweet there is a 90% that it will be answered by him (a lot sooner). Long emails administrators really don't like to read and wastes time, we need people to get right to the point, and tell us their problem without the un-needed details.

so what you are saying is i have to write

"acct not working still" instead of "my account isn't working still" ?

"Hi, my account (ACCOUNTNAME) isn't working, my ID number is (ID), and I sent in my check for the account (HOW MANY DAYS, MONTHS, ETC) and I am wondering why it still isn't working?"

And not something like this
"Hi, my name is (YOURNAME) and I live in (TOWN, STATE), and my email is (YOUR EMAIL), and I would like to talk to you about a problem with my account. My account is (ACCOUNT NAME) and my password for it is (PASSWORD). Please tell me why it's not working! I keep trying and trying but it says I need to upgrade my account, please help!"

I've lost the ID Number.

I've verified everything in an e-mail once, and he said something about it should work in a week or so, and if it didn't to contact him or unixmad.. I've done both, and nothing from either. It was supposed to be for 6 months too..

If I had access to that kind of thing I'd take care of it, but the only person that has access to that is unixmad (maybe stefan).

I think Stefan has access to upgrade accounts and stuff because he's upgraded some p2p accounts for playerworlds...

Unixmad is the only one that has the pay-info things, so Stefan could check with him.

i am sure unix will screw me over and keep my damn money though.
