I think it'd be spiffy if Stefan added a feature to the serveroptions.txt where you could specify the players' starting AP. Since there's no way to modify in-game without an NPC server, and we free servers can only try with little success to protect newbies...it'd be nice if they defaulted to 100, really. If it's an option, if it's hardcoded, whatever. The old players want the Lizard Sword back now that Antago's spoiled them, and the new players want to liiiive....

True, but that's less of a threat. My big concern is that I can't let newbies run around in the same world as PKers with the Lizard Sword, they don't stand a chance. And killing a newbie with 50 actually costs you LESS AP than killing an oldbie with saint...
