GK Monthly Prize System

We'll be bringing back the GK Monthly Prize System.

The way it works will be as following:

• The Event Master will host several events every day, between the hours of 18:00 - 19:00 and 23:00 - 00:00 (Server Time)
• All you need to do is take part in the event between this time.
• If you win, you will be rewarded with the original prize as per usual.
• The twist is, you will also be rewarded a “point”.
• These points will be totalled at the end of the month, and the top three players will receive a bonus prize.
• All weekends are considered Double Point Weekends.
• The grand prizes will be announced the week before the end of the month.

In order to gain a point from an event win you must have a proper account. Guest or PCID accounts will not gain any points from the event if they win.
(Gold and trial accounts are still eligible, providing they are not guest or pcid accounts).

The Events will start on Friday, 11th January 2013.

Hah. Yeah i'll participate if I receive my monthly prize which I was supposed to obtain 5 months ago which was September. There's no guarantee you'll be getting a prize just like I wasted 2 hours almost everyday that month and ended up getting nothing seriously. If anything you're forgetting a major rule which is to have a certain amount of people on to join the events count me out (You staff) still owe me a prize and I'm yet to complain I wait patiently and get ignored I guess a separate forum thread will answer why? 2 hours everyday is outrageous compared to what you're able to get on a raffle after all the precious time I wasted I ended up getting nothing? I don't want anybody else to end up in a situation mutual to mine.

It wasn't cancelled if you're referring to August-September it went on that whole month.

Yeah, Though it's not the systems fault aha. Though yeah my reaction was somewhat similar to yours except I still do plan to complain I can guarantee you anyone who's in my situation would do the same though my flaw was waiting 5 months which was extremely stupid of me. The worst part of all is it's just so difficult to get in contact with the main people who run this. Emails aren't reliable sure you can message them but you'll end up with no reply. The last time I seen the Manager and assistant manager were the raffle. The staff may have thought we have forgotten about this but it's still drilled in my head. What I'm writing probably doesn't help our cause a separate thread is a better idea.

First of all, what is a peole? I'm curious. Second of all, why create a whole new thread when you can simply reply to his post and resolve his issue? No need to waste his time. And third of all, of course I don't play GK, it's not a classic server. If it was, I would play GK.

I highly doubt it, you could still play without gold but you'll be capped once you reach level 10 and you haven't even done that. Stop posting here if you have nothing to contribute to the topic and stop being annoying.

Have you ever thought that maybe your complaining so much is the reason you have been ignored? If you would just stop annoying management about the item you are "suppose" to get they might help you. Just a thought though take it as you will.

There is no longer observer mode. You are just capped at level 10.

Sure I complain and it's annoying though Is 5 months not enough to decide 3 prizes I actually have the right even waiting 1 week prior to the due date is plenty of time though 5 months is outrageous. I'm not sure why you have quotation mark on suppose but to my logic are you saying that I'm not supposed to receive an item? If so you're wrong.

I really hope you're not staff on GK. He is being annoying/complaining because he legitimately won a prize that staff said they would give him. Instead of giving it to him they neglected the fact that he won it and have ignored his attempts to obtain his rightfully won prize. Nico should be ashamed of himself for the fact that this player is having to wait this long and is posting about it but is still getting ignored.

Nico is not a Manager of GK. He doesn't control who gives or gets the prizes. He has to wait to get the prizes once again from Management. So if he or myself at the time of DripZ winning the event don't get a prize to give out there is not much we can do. So like I said before... Maybe if he would simply stop annoying Management he will get his prize.

Why don't you do your job as staff and contact management and let them know he needs his prize instead of strapping yourself to your high horse for working on a server that's completely dead.

That might help... a little. It's not just trolling when the whole Graal population agress that you and the rest of your team is a complete joke.

The things you all assume are funny. We don't just stand around doing nothing. We do what we are suppose to do and they pass down information to us. We simply follow instructions. They have their reasons for what happens on GK. Most things our out of our control. However, you all don't think that way so I suppose this post is a waste of time.

I hosted an event once, prior to me being hired as EA, I was still an Events Master. It was a large event, and I didn't have a prize yet, when the spar tournament was over a player had to wait for the prize. I paid him out of my pocket, Tig reimbursed me after a few weeks and told me "Don't host an event if you don't already have the prize.", and I lived with that lesson... Given you were ever an Events Master before being promoted to Events Admin, maybe you would have learned that lesson.

Actually that is incorrect though yes Nico is not manager but (you) were the one who gave out the prizes 6-7 months ago I prefer not to bump the thread if it is not necessary but by all means you can look back. Though remind me why I need to contact management other then you? I do remember asking Stephen to cancel it before that month even started he redirected me to you and obviously you insisted on continuing it? Like I said if you think I'm wrong this is all posted on page 5 of the previous monthly prize system. You should have obviously had the prizes like you did the previous months when you awarded Majin the sword. The management gives you the prizes if you ''didn't have the prizes'' why did you continue the month not to mention back then I had to have had access to the computer 24/7 since you had no specific time they were hosted through out the day.
