Tig already stated that he would restore the items from the house IF it was caused by not being able to get there. He commented on Chris' post.

Seems like stuff traded in the recent past (few weeks) will probably either have duped items or items just lost, so yeah.

So what when somebody profits from this? Like getting a item he traded away back loaded on his Account? This would kill the economy and make things worthless. So I wouldnt just restore them..

Well the economy on GK is already dead but we will still be able to look at trade/drop logs and will know who had what items. So this will most likely be taken care of.

Those of you that were restored and are missing items. Please start your LEGIT list of items and have them ready for me when I get to work. I will be looking through the logs so it could be a while before everything is confirmed. Please bare with me as I am only one person. As I mentioned before ALL of the logs will be checked to cross-check you are telling the truth. Please don't lie about what you are missing as it will only take up more time for the other players wanting their stuff back.

Just to be clear about all of this. We are only checking logs for the players the were reset at the beginning of the month due to the hard drive failures. If you were reset before then you will have to discuss you situation with the Management. Management members are Tigairius (Tig) or Stephen. The reason for this is because I will not have the information for your account.

Most everybody should be restored now except Memitim and Seeya, who should be restored soon. Knux and Tashkin are still missing some items, but other than that I'm not aware of anyone else. So they need to post in here.

Could you check if my items are okay and possibly make a backup of it if they are? I've been unwilling to log on and check if I've lost anything after people started getting reset when they did.

If you didnt log on during the HD Errors you wont be resetted.

I'm missing all my items, even after my account was restored (I was restored to about an hour after i first started playing)

I submitted a list of my missing stuff to Tashkin via in-game PM and email.
I've never received any feedback regarding the situation, which is starting to worry me.

EDIT: I was told by Garglius that my list of missing stuff was "approved", though I still haven't received any direct feedback about the case. Nor has any of my stuff been restored yet.

Sorry to sound impatient, but it's been nearly a month now, and the free compensation period is soon to run out.

I understand fully that the management is very busy, but it's nearly been a month now that I've been waiting without any feedback at all. I wasted an entire month of gold, and the free period meant to compensate for the downtime is soon to run out. (Which has completely defeated the purpose for me, since I still have nothing)

I rewrote my previous post since I sounded a little too dramatic. :P

I'm a new-ish player that used to play the game back in the 2004 times. (Sifl Zanza in-game)
None of my items were really all that amazing, but it still bothers me that I have to deal with having lost the stuff I spent time into, since I don't usually have that much time to play the game.

I have been watching RC and can assure you that there are no more issues at this time. I also need you to check you account for any missing items so that I can check the logs. I really don't feel like doing this for weeks so please find out for me.

Well, like I said, you wont get reset when you are not ONLINE during the hd errors. I observed this issue on Valikorlia and UN already.
