mini-map in gang base

really? tim i hope ur reading my posts, cuz even if u dont like me u must listen to these simple raiding suggestions since you obviously have no idea of what ur doing with the gang system.

i think it works quite well. i havent seen you even try to raid once. the base is quite large so the minimap is a good thing for catching runners and knowing when you're being invaded. trying to defend the base when u have it is the main point so its little advantages needed to make defending more practical. 15 hp beds, power box,minimap. as ive said the base is quite large and i think all of these add to the fun and challenge of trying to take the base over

minimap is nice, if ur planning to lame incoming opponents
u guys will all agree with me in 2-3weeks, the identical thing occured when alf released his silly gang system
oh and btw, i raided a but today obviously owning all the other gangs trying to compete with us and the base works exactly how i thought which i don't like at all since i dont enjoy bases that encourage a defensive playstyle
but i did like the fact that u can use sewers to get to base, also healing 15 instead of 25 seems way more fair

I think the bases are too big, and or should be like the old bases where they had three levels.

Also I think the gang shop should only have items that make raiding fun. (p4's, bombs, ect )

gang guns should be for any gangs that are controlling the base, and each base has different guns for the gang controlling it. Also make most of all the party bases gang bases

I think gang beds should heal 20 as well. (if you're controlling the base)

You're welcome, I actually meant to change that a while ago. I got side tracked.

by defensive playstyle i mean that it's easy to back out of a fight in a gang base, whilst running shouldn't be an option or atleast should be some sort of challenge, atm it's way too easy to run if u have a lw pot (any decent player uses a lw pot)
i agree with take, the bases should have a main level (big but not huge like it is atm) and an elevator which brings to sewers+1/2 heal rooms
i also dislike the fact that u can heal in the same room where chest is, that makes it very easy to defend if there r 3-4 of you

a minimap isnt needed simply cuz u should be able to see the whole level of a gang base (or almost all of it) as you enter the base. this is obviuously not the case since the main level of old bh base is un-necessarily huge

I don't see how this makes sense other than not wanting people to see in the dark.

Perhaps if it was something controlled by the power, say instead of the mini-map you had a radar assembly (instead of being able to track players everywhere, by name) that would bleep player locations every second or so, green dots being allies and red being enemies, this radar could have a limited range as-well dependent on your current location in the base/on the map. (Base owners could have a full map range as another little bonus, allowing for better defense.)

Then it would make sense (logically) that if the power goes out it could be disrupted and get static-ed/flash off and on, or even display false information (ex. all the dots could be green, despite some being enemies, etc).

I admit sometimes he says random useless garbage, but when he brings something to light, or asks a simple question, you don't all need to(Mainly dude2020) gang up on him. As for the Mini Map, it should stay, so long as the base is that large, and I feel that the large middle level makes up for the other levels (Less stragglers.)
