But why is fowlplay's and two other accounts in there?
I have already changed my password just in case.

PCID's have been bugged for many years, pay no attention to it.

I believe I setup a filter to ignore those stupid emails.

Recently my Graal account became PCID protected even though I didn't tell it to, and I had to change my password twice and now I have to accept an email confirmation whenever I want to play on a new computer.

Sounds like someone got your password. Doesn't sound like any of the regular PCID issues.

I wouldn't ignore emails like that...that tells you that someone has your password. It's really not a problem if your PCID is protected, since you have to allow the computer (and if you do that, then you're just silly).

What's the worst that could happen..
They can't access RC because of ip ranges.
