gang bases+gang limit

let's start saying that the only base where ppl raid is avantgarde (old bh location). these new bases are supposed to limit running since u cant escape from the base if uve recently been hit, but they do the EXACT OPPOSITE. in fact, it is extremely easy to run around the base in circles and almost never get hit, or even from level to level back and foward abusing the fact that there is no door to open. raiding has become a run around the base, chasing ppl who r at low hp and eat donuts/cookies to heal and wait for reinforcments. a decent and enjoyable raid only occurs when there are huge numbers raiding (this will happen once every 2-3weeks..ill explain why in the next paragraph). would it not be a good idea to put the old bh base (the most recent one, without most of the furniture and the wall left of right entrance that encouraged door laming) back to it's place? it had sewers (fundamental for raids), elevator system and doors which you had to open (therefore losing time) in order to escape. the BH base was great for raids with few ppl (2v2, 3v3 or so) but even raids with various gangs, even thanks to the various levels accessible with the elevator.

the gang limit is also a large problem. with only 15 players it is impossible to cover all time zones effectively and it ALWAYS occurs that there is a gang with way more online members than the others. this is why no large raids occur, and a raids will last 20-30minutes TOPS, whilst before the new gang system was released almost every raid would last over an hour and there would be raids lasting even 3-4hours at times.

larger gang numbers, longer raids and less running around bases in circles can easily be obtained by changing avantgarde back to BH base and increasing the gang limit to 25-30

I agree that the limit should be increased from 15. But, with the whole 'anyone can create a gang' deal, you would just have 2-4 mainstream gangs (like in the old system) that would dominate, and then a pathetic bunch of stragglers.

So in my opinion, if they're going to change the current system at all, they should just bring the old one back.

Didn't even read the OP (it hurts my eyes) but I read the responses...

I believe there are member limit increases as a part of that Gang Shop (that was supposed to be released alongside the system 3 months ago) that would satisfy what you want.

As far as bases, what you say seems like a personal problem. If you're players aren't active then that sucks for you. If you can't chase someone, get others to help and cut them off (active players help in this situation). Raiding has no purpose because the points are worth nothing... there aren't even the simple weekly bonuses like with the old system.

This system worked perfectly when everyone expected a shop to be released soon. That little run-factor you nag about, wasn't a factor at all because once you ran out of one room, there were bullets waiting for you in the next.

Elevators were removed because... if you can't figure out, you're stupid.

Damn, I seriously just got tired of responding to this thread halfway through.

ppl were actually raiding b4, those bases r meant 4 big raids and r ok when there r lots of ppl, but in situations where there rnt many ppl online (maybe cuz its not peak hrs) or your gang has less members it's really easy to run in circles around the base, and it's not easy to chase ppl especially if ur outnumbered..this obviously means that x-fartor always had a numerical advantage while raiding
it's impossible to cover all time zones with a maximum of 15 members, im fine with raiding by myself or with another person but it's impossible to get lots of quick kills when ppl will always try and run around bases at low hp
oh and ur banned wil, so go do something else instead of sounding silly on forums

If you have 3v3 raid, the problem of running is solved, you can easily corner and etc. If you're raiding with less than that, then go spar; stupid.

can u read? i said 2v2 or 3v3, and a 3v3 duznt imply the 3 players of each gang will stay in the same level the whole time

That's because the staff are lazy and bandwagon a concept without ever having the intention of finishing it.
You should've seen what it took to get Alfonso to finish that portion of the system, roflmao.

In any event, raids that are less than 3v3 should not be made the rule, they're the exceptions. Completely altering a system to accomodate 2v2 raids is absolutely nimrodic (new word

).

Raids should be more people, as you all don't disagree, so therefore let them fix the issues that prevent it from being more people. Amirite? Yes Yes?

ON ERA U CAN RAID SMALL GANGS OR NO GANGS
SMALL GANGS + GIGANTIC BASES WITH FAST ACCESS FROM A LEVEL TO THE OTHER = FAIL
SMALL GANGS + OLD BH BASE = FUN RAID ALTHOUGH THERE ARE FEW PEOPLE RAIDING

Here's why you're stupid, stupid.
These bases are (# of level-wise) smaller than Black Holst base (even avantgarde).

The only thing Black Holst base has, that they don't, is an elevator... which was intentionally removed due to it being problematic and lame for years.

In short, if you have a 3v3 raid, the fight should be simple.
To be honest, I hate placing myself with an argument (bad practice),
but I have yet to have an issue catching a player in ANY of these bases.
Whether I'm raiding by myself or with others.

o.O the biggest problem regarding bases except the fact that they're huge+empty is that u can go from level to level without having to waste time opening doors, in bh this was not possible
and u can say the ele was lame but i remember some EPIC moments in bh elevator lmao, everyone likes the elevator..other than the fact that it's the only way to access a base from sewers, which would be fundamental if all the raids werent 3v3
i understand that these bases that encourage running adapt perfectly to ur pk needs but ur no longer a member of era cuz u like to share accounts badboi

Wil's mad because tk has a point here, avant does promote running. Also, the elevator was awesome. It was hilarious coming in from the sewers and having people come in right when you come in and kill you / you kill them.

wil has always hated on me since i don't gang with him anymore and in raids i've always ****ted on him..remember when i used to walk in with the RPG (i was the only person using this item but it was defined "overpowered", so wil nerfed it), 3 rockets and ud be gone????

My FAVORITE part was that, amidst the insane wall of text, there is a valid point. Lets be fair guys, huge levels is a GREAT idea. Gives you lots of room to run, you never have to worry about stairs
