shotgun reload problem

shotguns (since the new 1 bullet at a time reload has been put into place) waste between 2 and 3 times the necessary amount of ammo to reload (for example: to fill pbps clip of 8 u waste like 20 bullets). this might not seem like a big problem (unless ur as poor as hell), but it is since the game is taking count of how many bullets the gun wastes as reload time, meaning that the shotguns reload is slowed down massively

It doesn't make the reload time longer, but if you spam the button it does subtract excessive ammo, therefore it is still a problem.

I have talked to alf before about this specifically, and he said he wasn't fixing it :<

I have to agree on his behaff that a PL-9 (the gun i usually use, and still do) with a 20 shot clip and instant reload was a bit excessive. But now most shotguns have been nerfed beyond practical useability.

And, of course, they're draining ammo while we furiously try to reload.

they should do something in the middle of that..like reloading 2-4 bullets at a time?
and why don't u want to fix this alf?????? and don't say u won't do it and close the post, as u normally do =/

It wouldn't be totally unrealistic if it were to reload 2 bullets at a time. Old fashioned double-shots could be loaded 2 bullets at a time (either if you were skilled, or they made bullets for fast loading in pairs).

But still, the problem is it loads more bullets than it actually does load. Fix this.
