New event: Lucky Grab Race!

So, been up for the past 5 or so hours working on this off and on.

This is how it works, basically:

Players race through 5 different levels.
You start in level one, grab a block. if lucky, you are allowed to move on. If unlucky, you are sent back to the beginning of your level (NOTE, this means if you are on level 3, and get unlucky, you are sent to the start of level 3 AND NOT THE BEGINNING OF THE RACE). first person to be lucky 5 times, wins and gets an EC and such.

It should be fun, entertaining, and frustrating as hell (I've been doing some dry runs. you know how unfun it is to get unlucky 6 times in a row on level 4? You will)

All of the LAT work was created from Scratch by Zach! (MonkeyBob)
The scripting is a hodgepodge of me, and whoever created the scripts for chance (copypaste WOO)

oh P.S: The idea for the event was brought to us by Fiberwyre_p2p. Without him, this event would not exist.

Just did a dry run, everyone seems to enjoy it.

However, since almost nobody was online, Zach and i have disabled the event until later today when we'll do a big unveiling while everyone is online (so everyone who played tonight basically got a sneak preview :3)

but uh, yeah. runs perfectly and whatnot.

your opinions aside, i'd say about 95% of the people that actually played it left positive comments.

It was something easy to work on while I muck through the bureaucracy and get access to some of the better events (upgrade, etc) to work on, so cut me some slack :P

I'd say about 95% of Era players are... special.

Imo, how you described it.. it's the same thing as lucky grab, except it takes longer and you don't auto-lose when you're unlucky. (I assume that was the goal?)
Rather just play chance, same concept 'cept I can idle.
