Impossible to get a cast off.

Remove cast times, getting a cast off on a player is almost impossible because they have like an extra second or 2 to line up with your player.

Removing isn't the solution, most spells are op'ed being cast w/o casting times.

The little cast time bar shows and then the gani plays and THEN the spell gets cast. The gani should play while casting is going on.

I agree. Some gani's also need to either be removed, sped up or remade. Create bomb is the most extreme example. The casting time initiates, then the overly long animation begins, and then the spell is cast. Makes no sense.
