Bit big, isn't it? I'm pretty sure the max size avatar on a vBulletin forum is 130x30 pixels? Unless that's the forum owners choice...

Matthew, if you do any such thing I will be sure to make your life hell in one way or another. Forums are different to in-game PMs. Private Messages are more or less private, but posting in a forum is open to any one with internet.
