Absolut_Crono new Manager!

No one created a thread to give best wishes to the former Manager of UN, GK, and say good luck to the new Manager of UN, Crono.

Therefore, I have put it onto me to correct these wrong doings and tell GK thanks for the work you've done with the Achievement System and everything else

Also, Crono I wish you the best of luck in being Manager of UN now. Managing any server is difficult so all the power to you.

PS: GKs' reason for leaving for those people who don't frequent UN

In the end I've decided its not the job for me, as my passion lies in development and the duties of manager dive so far into the realm of PR that it makes my stomach queezy just thinking about it. As a manager I prefer to work with my staff, but with the retarded drama that goes on nowadays, it would require me to work against my staff to keep the drama contained, and that's not my forte. With that said, I'm stepping down as Manager, moving to Developer, and letting Crono take my place."

You know if you have to work against your staff, and you're the Manager. It only makes sense to fire said staff and not put up with their retarded **** daily.

No, it involves a bunch of staff refocusing, because staff are doing random things off on their own.

In all honesty, the major focus is putting the teams back together, and forcing communication. If we act like a Production Cell we'll get more things done, and maybe things on UN will match, instead of random releases (Vuvuzela and Portal Gun....)
