New Governor
I would like to announce that Romain Steele is now a Governor of the Crescent Pirates! Cell will still lead the kingdom with Romain for a little while before retiring himself.

I guess it's a good idea, having a "leader" with different time zones.
Different ranks should be appointed though.

It all 3 cases that we've had 2 Governors, each Governor has filled a different role.

One is the people person, deals more with the memebers, requirement ect. (Felix/Me/Iscariot)

The other is the main muscle, leads the wars ect. (Yann/Cell/Romain)
