The stats of a gun should be determined at the creation of the gun, not later. How much the gun is "worth" or how rare it is is no reason to change a gun's stats.
I originally nerfed the Desert Raven before it was auctioned, but it was nerfed too much and had to be rebuffed. It isn't near as powerful as it was before; it's still a pretty considerable nerf.
Also, I might point out that you were in the room at the time the stats of the TG were being determined, and you agreed with them at the time.

Overdue, buddy.
You are like a moving contradiction, if the stats to a gun are determined at its creation, why then was the FN Mark changed? Why then was the DR changed? Why then has almost every single gun on era been changed at times long after their creation? Please, don't give me that. Ha.
Why did you attempt to drastically nerf the Mp5 Navy? I mean, it was long after release at that time.
Why didn't you just revert it back to the initial stats? Why change it entirely? Their DR lost its authenticity, it was always a 2-bullet gun, since release. You've entirely changed the weapon, which again contradicts your initial statement.
The Tommy Gun I NEVER agreed with, I stated otherwise from the moment you continiously buffed it, you continued to ignore my remarks until the end. You and RAMSFAN decided on those stats, I was only asked for my consent on the Mp5 Navy, because and I quote "I did not OWN a Tommy Gun." Keep it real, please.
While on the topic of the Tommy Gun, lets throw in its relevance; you just recently buffed the Tommy Gun. Tommy Gun's been around far longer than most weapons. Safe to say it was created long ago and stats were set long ago. I requested that you set it back to its original stats or something like it, you did quite the opposite, obviously.
I already knew they worked in .05s Demisis.
As for Taylor, I think you might want to sit back, relax and observe. Bias not existing in the Administrative body? Please. You sound more naive than the thought of removing spawned money with spawned items. Ha.
