Trial Head Problem

Hello. I have done some work on a server and we are using the "human2" bodies.

The following script does not work for trials.

PHP Code:

player.head = "khead0.png"; 


Instead it displays a message demanding you pay for graal to get a custom head. Now there is an easy fix around this by using another attr for head but is this legal? And shouldn't there be a more standard method?

This problem also effects lifetime classic accounts

Atrius had problems with this also. My recommendation is use find & replace on all of your GANIs to change HEADIMG to ATTR1 or some other previously used attribute. This will let you get around the problem since you won't actually be setting what Graal sees as the head.

Also note that you'll have to include it as one of the attributes given in setAni if you do it like so.

Well my main concern with that is, is this legal? Because you are bypassing graal's "trials cant have custom heads" limitation.

I supose I could still script it to limit trials to 1 head.. lol

I doubt anybody would complain, at least while the server is still UC.

Yes, but I would rather take care of any issues such as allowed or not now rather then wasting my developmental time. lol

GK does it. I am using same gani's so either stefan allows gk to do it, or there is another way to accomplish it.

GK doesn't have many of the restrictions, including the appearance limitation, as well as observer mode.

Yes, but they are also a gold server So I guess they deserve it lol. I know I enjoy playing GK even with the trials, they kinda help populate the server. Just not enough continue playing
