It's not. There's not a significant number of players that are actually racist in this game. Even the ones that jokingly throw racial slurs around are vastly outnumbered by the rest of us.

When I carefully wash my floor - because I'm such a prudent individual - I do not rent some fancy pants butane powered, steam belching, monster of a rig which weighs just over 300lbs.
