Transparent problem

A friend is having a transparency problem with an image. I have no idea why it shouldn't be working for him because it works for me.

Looks like he's using 100% black, which will appear transparent. Try having him change the transparent areas to (sharp character)EEEEEE or something.

Thank you that fixed it but I still find it weird how the image was still working for me and not him. If the image wasn't working for me I would have checked the black colour of the image.

You are using Ubuntu, he is using Windows XP.

I didn't think it would have made a difference but I guess It did.

Might be a difference between DirectX and OpenGL, assuming he's using DirectX.
