Red Circles around the lights

There are these lights around objects, it's at BB base too.
How do I fix it?

Try going to your Graal Folder/levels/images/light2.png and delete it, then restart Graal. If that doesn't work go to your Graal Folder and do a file search for light4.png and repeat.

Might also want to try light3.png

This happens on my computer when it's set in 16-bit color mode, due to my graphics card being horribly out-dated. Most light effects are screwed up. I think the only one that shows up correctly is light3.png, but I can't be certain.

Unfortunately for me, 32-bit color mode makes GUI backgrounds invisible (see picture).

I usually have light effects off.

Mine does that when I have another game open.
