Two of the quest NPCs (Deckard Cain and Eleanor Tibbs, I believe) have been dumped in the water near the southern part of main. They should probably be reset, because it's impossible to get to them with a boat.

You can get them with a Zeppelin.

Googi, you're still the only person I know who actually keeps a zeppelin or two around.

They shouldn't spawn in water and players shouldn't be able to place them in water, wait here should be sort of like /drop, since you can only do it in-land.

I used to keep 2 or 3 Zeppelins in my house before it exploded.
